Important details to note: MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. PARKING: Guests can park on the street or on the parking pad behind the house. OCCUPANCY: This unit allows up to 8 overnight guests. GATHERINGS: We know people like to have a good time, but this property has a strict “No Party” policy. SAFETY & SECURITY: For safety and security reasons, there is a security system monitoring the exterior of the property. There are no cameras located inside of Bronzeville 42. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. We want you to have fun, but please be considerate of our neighbors during these quiet hours. Guests named on the reservation are responsible for the conduct of all persons in the property. SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside as long as you clean up after yourself. If we determine that smoking occured insde the property, there will be an additional $500 cleaning fee. If we derermine any smoke detector has been tampered with, there will be an additional $250 fee. PETS: While we love our furry friends, pets are prohibited inside of the property. There will be a $250 cleaning fee assessed if its determined a pet has been anywhere inside the property. Please contact host for exceptions to this policy. DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS: The property has been designed to feel like a home away from home with many amenities. The booking guest is responsible for any incidentals, damage, or missing items during your stay.
